Order cancellation

If you have ordered a product and wish to cancel it prior to delivery we will offer you a full refund up until 3 business days of your delivery date. If the cancellation is made 2 business days and up to the day of delivery we will charge you a cancellation fee of $50, and the balance will be refunded.

Damaged products

If you receive a faulty or damaged Eco Box please let us know and we can offer you a replacement or refund for the item.​

Changes to your order

If you receive your order and need more boxes just in touch.

Returns are usually processed within 2 business days.
